Project Overview

700 Bourke Street is an A-grade building with Premium-grade services. The environmentally sustainable features will include an energy efficient façade, tri-generation facility, a percentage of ‘small car’ car parks and a black water treatment plant.

Tenanted by the National Australia Bank, 700 Bourke Street has been designed to be a landmark building, and includes large triangular shaped office floor plates with a central atrium connecting all levels, a child care centre, auditorium, retail tenancies, outdoor terrace and a 2 level podium car park.

Automatic Heating provided the equipment for the mechanical services Heating & Chilled water systems.
