Arizona Hot Water Heaters
Arizona Hot Water Boilers are a range of pressurised steel boilers suitable for use with forced draft air burners running on diesel, oil or gas.
The Arizona Hot Water Boiler is a high output boiler made entirely of carbon steel to allow it to operate at different powers within a set range. Arizona Hot Water Boiler is a scotch marine boiler featuring three combustion gas passes. The cylindrical combustion chamber has a wet back, which improves heat exchange between the combustion gases and the water. The front door is lined with specially shaped firebrick to make it easier for the combustion gas to enter the tubes. The combustion gas passes through the tubes at very high speed and turbulence, and into the rear smoke chamber. The turbulence is accentuated by specially designed turbofans that help increase heat exchange.
High efficiency HR Range
The Arizona High Efficiency HR range have an increased efficiency of 5.0 % from the standard Arizona unit. They feature special turbulators which increase the heating surface of the boiler. These three pass wet back design Arizona HR Boilers have the furnace back plate which is continually cooled from the return water ensuring the most amount of efficiency is reached on every application.
Arizona HR boilers are ideal for applications where improved efficiency is a criteria without the need to progress to a condensing boiler. The HR range sit between standard boilers and condensing boilers in operating efficiency.
